Entry Fees for all athletes

• Before 31 September 2010  $670 + GST ($83.75) = $753.75
• On or after 1 October 2010  $870 + GST ($108.75) = $978.75

All entries will incur a processing fee of 5% in addition to the above entry fee. 

IMPORTANT NOTE:  GST (Goods and Services Tax) is currently 12.5%.  The New Zealand Government has indicated that this will increase to a proposed 15% tax during the 2010 financial year. No date has yet been set.

The entry fees above are shown with the current GST rate of 12.5% applied.  Please note this will increase inline with government regulations when advised.

*  Entry Fee includes a ticket to the Carbo Loading Party, Awards Party for the athlete.  Additional tickets for family and friends will be available to purchase online in February 2011.

*  Entries will close at 5pm – 31st December, 2010 or earlier if the maximum of 1500 is reached.  Under no circumstances will any entries be accepted after this date. 

*  Competitors confirmed in the race who wish to withdraw, must do so in writing to the race office by 5pm – 31st January  2011.  Upon confirmation of this request, competitors are eligible for a partial refund of their entry fee (details below):

Any requests received before 5pm - 31st December, 2010 will be eligible for a refund of $375.00

Any requests received before 5pm - 31st January, 2011 will be eligible for a refund of $150.00

Any requests received after 5pm - 31st January, 2011 will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances

It is the athletes’ responsibility to ensure that the withdrawn confirmation has been received by the race office.  Any requests not acknowledged by race office will not be considered valid and therefore will not be refunded.

*  Professional entries will be accepted up to 5pm  - 31st January 2011.  You must have a current Professional license issued by WTC to be eligible for this category. Please contact the race office to arrange your entry – info@ironman.co.nz

*  The processing fee is non refundable.

*  All fees are listed in New Zealand currency (NZD)

*  The entire entry fee is refundable in full to any applicant not accepted or rejected.

*  The official online Entry Form and Medical Questionnaire must be completed and the full waiver agreed to by each intending competitor before the entry is complete.

*  Ironman New Zealand and The Race Organisers reserve the right to reject any entry or issue special invitations.

*  Ironman New Zealand reserves the right to adjust the race entry price.

*  Entries are not transferable, either to other persons, other Ironman New Zealand events, years or any other international Ironman event.

*  All entrants must be 18 years of age or older on March 5, 2011.
